LITH LLC is responsible for the editorial content and the technical operation of NOANE.io. Content is published as informational material describing the NOANE Protocol and the work of LITH LLC. The Site is operated from the United States and is served globally through Cloudflare's content delivery network.
3. Jurisdictional Scope
EU and DACH site-notice laws.
The German Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (DDG) § 5 (which on 14 May 2024 succeeded the corresponding obligation under the Telemediengesetz, TMG § 5), the German Medienstaatsvertrag (MStV) § 18, the Austrian E-Commerce-Gesetz (ECG) § 5, and analogous EU member-state site-notice laws are addressed primarily to service providers established within the European Union or the European Economic Area. LITH LLC is established in the United States and does not currently maintain a branch, subsidiary, registered place of business, or other establishment within the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. On the basis of those facts, those statutes are not expected to apply directly to LITH LLC's operation of NOANE.io. We acknowledge that adjacent theories of jurisdiction (for example, market-targeting analyses under EU consumer-protection law or national unfair-competition rules) can attach to a non-EU provider depending on the facts and the activity in question; nothing in this section is a legal opinion or a representation that no EU law could ever reach this Site.
This imprint is published as a transparency courtesy so that visitors from those jurisdictions can identify the entity behind the Site and reach the operator through a clearly indicated channel, regardless of which statutory regime is engaged. If LITH LLC later establishes an EU, EEA, UK, or Swiss presence, or if its activities materially change in a way that engages a particular regime, this page will be updated to include the additional disclosures required by the applicable law of the relevant jurisdiction.
